Holding a firm's memory is a responsibility before it is a product. Select one.

Your Brain runs on your memory and on nothing else. Nothing is pooled across clients, nothing is shared between Brains, and nothing your firm holds is ever used to make anyone else's Brain smarter. What it learns from you stays part of you.

Each statement a Brain makes carries the source it came from, and each action it takes is written to a log with the reasoning that produced it. When your compliance function asks why something happened, the answer is one click, not an investigation.

Rights decide what a Brain may see, what it may propose, and what it may never touch. It practises in shadow before it acts, approval sits with a person for exactly as long as you want it to, and permission only ever widens because you widened it.

The memory a Brain builds is readable without us and portable away from us. If we ever stop working together, the map, the structured memory and the written judgement leave with you, and what remains here is deleted. A firm that can only keep what it built by keeping the builder has not been given very much.
